Great product.

Does not seem to affect my ringing at all

It was better than nothing but my ears still had the ringing

I didn't put a lot of faith in these working and after a month of daily use, I don't see much (if any) improvement. Too bad :(

This product came in one of the nicest bottles I've seen, and it was triple sealed. Outermost bag was sealed. Bottle had a cello wrap on the cap, and the mouth of the bottle had a seal on it as well. Two seals is standard, so seeing three was nice.Product is made in USA. Received 10/2023, expiration date is 6/2026, so you have plenty of time.Serving size is listed as two capsules. There are 60 per bottle, and two bottles, so at listed servings, you have 60 days here.Upon opening, it's hard to mistake the very strong garlic odor. Not a surprise, as each capsule contains 150mcg of Garlic powder according to the ingredients list.As someone with a soy issue, I'm happy to see this is soy free.

Didn’t do anything for hubs’ tinnitus and it made him fart horribly, he switched to Gushen Pian and it has helped tremendously

After taking on a daily basis I have not received any suggested benefits from this product

I've experienced tinnitus for over a decade, so wasn't sure if there was much of a chance these capsules would work. At this point the ringing is pretty constant. I took a full bottle as directed over the course of a month. The pills were taken as suggested, 2 per day with meals to enhance absorption. Unfortunately there has been no change in the tinnitus ringing. (Star rating reflects no change in my tinnitus.)I wasn't looking for help with cognitive function, but didn't notice any changes there either.These capsules smell and taste of garlic. Since my husband is Italian, I cook with a lot of garlic, so this didn't bother me. To be honest, I didn't even really notice it until I read some of the other reviews, and the next time I took them I realized how obvious it is that the garlic is there.On the positive side:1. Certified organic and non-GMO.2. Small easy to swallow capsules.3. Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA.4. No stomach discomfort was experienced.Because I had no change in my tinnitus, I can't really say that I recommend these capsules, but I don't know that I would discourage someone from giving them a try either. You never know what might work for you until you try it.
