After doing intense research for a supportive pillow for my regular shoulder and neck pains. Suffering from insomnia I have now found what I needed after years of bad sleep and ache n pains. This Memory form pillow meets all your needs. It’s extremely supportive which ever way you sleep. You can change the height for your needs. I honestly look forward to my sleep at nights and can see an improvement in my health . It also feels so comfortable it’s like sleeping on clouds. Yet it’s a thick quality pillow . A great investment is my honest opinion. That I even purchased 2 for my family members as gifts knowing they would love it! Helped me Achieve a really good night sleep

I was initially hesitant as this looks very different from any pillow I’ve had previously but after a few nights of use, I am comfortable saying that this design is a complete game changer. There are 2 slope heights for comfort when side sleeping and back sleeping. The dip in the center makes it incredibly comfortable for side sleeping with multiple piercings as it relieves pressure on the piercing site. The pillow is initially very soft but provides a great firmness after this. My neck feels fully supported and has helped relieve and decrease the frequency of my migraines which were often worsened by neck strain. I cannot recommend this pillow enough! An extra perk is that this fits perfectly in a standard pillow case so I can still use my silk covering, giving even more benefits to my sleep and health.

This pillow is a superb design. I particularly like it as it gives me the option of choosing two slightly different heights, to support my neck and head. The pillow can be turned around as both of the longer sides has a central neck support area, but the memory foam level is slightly raised to one side. The central ‘dip’ supports my head and it is now so comfortable to sleep on my back. My head doesn’t move and roll to the side, but sits in place, unless I choose to side sleep, which is equally comfortable. Another advantage to this pillow is the fact that when back sleeping, your shoulders can lie flat on the mattress as they ‘fit’ along the ‘curve/cut out’ with just your neck cushioned and supported in the centre. Brilliant!

This is great as it is the size of a normal pillow so looks better with a case on than the other ones I've used which are smaller. Supports my neck perfectly no pain or discomfort excellent
