NO WARRANTY
Beware this coffee machine has no warranty and you will not even receive a receipt for your purchase, I bought this coffe machine November 2023 and in April 2024 which is after 5 months the coffee machine stopped working, I called kaffit com company many times but they never answer any calls and I contacted them through whatsapp they told me that they will ask their service engineer and get back to me and now it’s been more than a week they never replied and they stopped responding !

Poor service support
machine broke down in 2 months! Extremely difficult to get hold of their support. No one ever responds. It’s been 20 days machine was taken for repairs and still not delivered!! Please be warned and I would suggest do not buy from this vendor.

Excellent coffee machine
Great machine and been working perfectly since I got it over 12 months ago. Got it in the sales for less than 1000aed so an absolute bargain. Great coffee, saved me a fortune on pods!
