Good sized balls
I incorporate a fair number of props in my yoga practice and have been very pleased with this set of balls. They are just the right size for my uses, mostly for trigger point release. I've had other balls be too hard, but these are soft and have some give to them which makes them both affective and comfortable at the same time. I'm a fan

Not as soft as I hoped for
These yoga therapy massage balls are pretty hard. I was hoping they would have a bit more squish to them. The hardness of these balls is just too painful to use. They will not be a pain relief if they are not being used as intended.

Great for self care
I’m using this set of 2 to massage my back. I can use them lying down or leaning against a wall. It’s nice to have the set of two to keep things balanced. It’s easy to target the areas that need pressure applied and then use my body weight to apply the desired amount of pressure. In the past, I have used lacrosse balls for the same purpose. These are a little softer and a little cushier than lacrosse balls, and I much prefer the feel of these vs. lacrosse balls. They are much more comfortable yet still provide a good amount of pressure. You control the amount of pressure by how much of your own body weight you apply. They are similar in diameter to a lacrosse ball. They come in a small cloth bag with drawstring closure.

Useful
They call them "lacrosse balls" in the listing but they aren't quite the same. They are slightly smaller (a real lacrosse ball is in my picture) and not quite as hard. For those of us with heavy duty trigger points, we often find that tennis balls are too big and too soft. Most balls designed for trigger point work are even softer than that (and usually way too big or way too small). Lacrosse balls are a great choice, but they are sometimes too hard.So these balls are nice for those times when you want something a tad softer than a lacrosse ball but still firm and hard to release the muscle.

Looks just like the pictures!
This set comes with a very useful drawstring bag to store them in. I'm new to using this type of massage therapy but it's going well for me so far. The balls are just a little smaller than tennis balls and they are harder. Overall, I think these are helping my lower back pain and shoulder tension. Always consult your doctor before trying new things to help with pain.

Nice size and firmness
These are smaller than and not quite as firm as a tennis ball and that makes them a little easier to work with. The quality is solid and comes with a carrying bag for storage and travel. Definitely a nice addition to one's self care arsenal.

Great roller balls for muscle tension
These massage balls are wonderful, they really get into your muscle to work out deep knots, and muscle tension. I love rolling over my glutes and hamstrings with them. They are a dense, foamy rubber material that is strong, but not painful to roll with. They are great for yoga, as well as regular fitness and weightlifting

OK massage balls, but too soft for me
These balls are OK and come in a nice little bag with a drawstring. They are not nearly as firm as typical lacrosse balls and they are softer than any others I have used. To me they feel about the same as a rubber kids' baseball (the ones they use before using the real ones). Because of this they will be OK for light massaging but not a good, deep trigger point.
