Good hatch rate
Received two gel pill capsules as pictured by seller and printed instructions. Opened pill and hatched a small amount saving the rest for full crash. Hatch rate within 48 hours even without heater (about 65deg f) is very good. I was worried based on previous reviews but an very satisfied with outcome. This is good value to restart your culture and cheaper than others offered on Amazon.

Nothing
Tried multiple times to get these to hatch.

They hatch
You get two small capsuls of eggs in a plastic ziploc bag with instructions. Not sure why I thought this was coming in a box. Regardless, I was succesful in hatching moina from both capsules. I just wasn't able to keep them alive past a week. I will order this again, but I will try feeding them live green algae this time instead of active yeast.

Good hatch rate but also fairy shrimp in the batch
Great hatch rate but also got quite a few fairy shrimp. I’m not complaining because they are a cool animal but just know there are several eggs mixed in it seems

Great hatch rate!
I culture many different aquatic feeders including daphnia. I wanted to start a second daphnia tank with only daphnia in it so I ordered these eggs in capsules. I received 2 in a ziplock type baggie. With it were instructions to soak first (I soaked in distilled water since I've had other creatures hatch well with it...I soaked for 10 hours) then transfer the hydrated eggs to my prepared container and keep light over it for 3-4 hours daily... In my experience it's better to keep light over then for a minimum of 24 hours so I kept the light on for 3 days in order to hatch as many as possible. I have had countless daphnia hatch and they're all doing well wiggling around the hatchery. I'd order again. I gave 4 stars just because of the amount of time given in instructions for keeping the light on because I don't think 3-4 hours a day is accurate. Otherwise it would probably be 5 stars.Edited to change my rating to 5 stars. There are thousands of these guys swimming around and growing. I'm ordering more to boost my population even more since I need to use some of these as feeders. Highly recommended!

Not good
First, they were late being delivered by a week. Secondly, not one of them opened read the directions everything it says I did and it came in a Ziploc bag not even a box.

They hatch, they breed, easy to maintain!
The media could not be loaded. They do hatch. This is the second time I buy from this seller and both times they hatched for me. It does take longer than the instructions say. Just set them up and wait, it may take a week or longer, but they should hatch. I hatched mine with rain water and I'm feeding them green water I collect from my own backyard. The colony I got from hatching the first time I bought from this seller lasted me over a year. I lost the colony due to a mistake on my part.
