Doesn't help.
Got this as a treat for myself to stop my hands from cramping up when making bath bombs.This has done nothing to help. I've tried using it several different ways and nothing really seems to work. What a waste of money, time and space 😢

I thought this would be helpmake bath bombs. But it is rubbish to hard to push as it dose not move. Waste of money
