Do not buy from this company. Twice they have sent defective parts and refuse to replace or refund.

Kid loves it wouldn’t leave it alone . Worth the money would buy again… I didn’t like the delivery guy from fedex he just pushed it out the truck and smashed into the ground , then push it all the way to the front door over asphalt, then on concrete. With the box nothing underneath it.

Bought because the quality seemed there. However, after a few months of gentle use, the lights stopped working on the dashboard, radio doesn’t work and now the battery won’t take a charge despite multiple attempts to bipass the integrated charging port and directly charge the battery. We now have a dead truck and can’t find a replacement battery easily. Still hunting….The truck is great to drive. It just sucks that it’s not built FORD tough. Kind of ironic…..

My son absolutely loves his new truck the only thing I would say is it came a bit scratched from the packaging but other than that I feel like it’s an amazing buy. I even have fun controlling it for him.

This this is a pile of garbage my son got to ride it 2 times and the board went out of it the company is a joke I highly recommend find another company and false advertisement until you get the manual and then it basically says it can only be rode in doors where no dirt and dust can get to it

So when the package arrived, the box was beat all to hell, and when opened there was some damage to the truck underneath. In spite of this, my father-in-law and I still put it together. The truck works exceptionally well considering the damage to the product. (Damaged parts included wiring connector for one of the front wheels and frame stuff in the back underneath by the light.) All this was discovered 2 days before Christmas so no surprise no one answered their help line, nor have I gotten a response back at this point. If the truck had been received with no damage I would be writing a glowing review because this is by far my boys favorite thing he has gotten for Christmas. Remote works well. Bluetooth works well. The battery life is amazing. Right speeds for him. And I barely have to use the remote now because he has learned how to maneuver it in the last two days… Customer Service Negative 10. Delivery Negative10 (because it is shipped by their company.)All in all again, the truck itself is badass if it wasn’t damaged upon delivery, especially considering the cost… I would’ve waited if it had not been my son’s “big” gift from Santa Claus. Saved up to buy it because it is more expensive than regular store bought. So if they can get their delivery down and send out products that aren’t damaged, it’s an easy 5 stars with sugar on top. As it is, can only give 3. StarsUpdate: STILL have not heard from company.
