8am: cook pancakes, eggs, sausage and bacon.12pm: cook hot dogs and hamburgers6pm: cook steaks and dessert7pm: be crowned the hero of your campsite.I bought this for my camp chef explorer two-burner stove to use on a camping trip and it worked fantastically, better than I had hoped.-For starters, you have to get the stove as close to level with a slight tilt towards the drain hole. I forgot to bring a can to catch the grease drippings, but as long as you're careful with yourself and of kids. it's not that big of a hazard.-The surface heats up FAST. I kept the burners on low and I was ready to cook in probably less than 5 minutes.-The surface is just big enough to operate with one person, especially when cooking eggs and pancakes. I was able to fit 5 2" pancakes on the griddle at a time and by the time I poured the 5th cake, the first was ready to be flipped. This may have been because that's where the hot spot was, but that's how it worked out for me. I had breakfast ready in no time.-Cleaning up is easy, just use water and oil it nicely. I'm not a cast iron expert and I was able to figure it out. The seasoning that comes with the grill isn't really the best, I was able to re-season it before my trip with vegetable oil and I was very happy with its performance during a long weekend.All in all, I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to any camp chefs out there.

My camp chef burner is well over 10+ years old and works flawlessly to this day. Bought this 14" griddle to replace my 36" griddle. Works and fits perfectly. Using the setup in pics gives me the opportunity to use 2 different grill types without having to remove the large griddle to use grill box. Exactly what I was looking for. Camp Chef is hands down the best equipment for camp cooking. If your looking for versatility for your burner, this is a must have.

Griddle fits perfectly on 2 burner Camp Chef stove and works great. The front drain for any grease/liquid works better than the rear drain models of other brands/griddles. Much easier to keep clean and free flowing. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased this griddle as an intro model, to see if I wanted to purchase a full size griddle. First off, the option I chose did not have a return option, so I had to be very certain this would fit my 14” Camp chef burner, I does. This item is small. I’m able to sear 4 burgers at a time, then move those over and sear 4 more. My burner, see pics, is max 60k btu. I use low/ medium. This sucker gets hot. So you need to control the heat because this griddle builds up heat then continues to rise in temp. The griddle does come pre seasoned, I recommend a couple more seasoning sessions with flax oil before use. The grease drain and can thingy works fine, low tech but functional. The griddle is very easy to clean like cast iron, water and scraping for a couple minutes, wipe down lightly with avocado oil and done. Overall, I do enjoy griddle cooking. My kids love the smash burgers I make. I love cooking outside, keeps the house cool and less smelly/ smokey. This little griddle will come in handy next camp out or blackout, whichever comes first. I will be purchasing a larger camp chef griddle ASAP!

I love this griddle attachment. I bought it for my 2 stove outdoor burner and it is amazing to cook outside. Great quality and cooks evenly. Very easy to clean compared to a huge griddle like a Blackstone. Fits the 14 inch 2 stove burner and great to have while having a pot or pan on one burner and using the griddle on the other. I would recommend also getting the grease catcher to make it even easier.

This accessory is an excellent way to utilize your outdoor grill as a flat top grill, saving you a lot of hassle and cleanup. The solid cast iron surface distributes heat quickly and uniforming. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared at at once using the surface for cooking eggs, bacon/sausage and pancakes at the same time. This image shows my Camp Chef griddle accessory on my Char Broil two-burner grill and it fits perfectly with about 1.5 inches of space at the back for heat distribution above the food as well. Since the Camp Chef grease cup accessory does not attach to my Char Broil brill, I simply used the folding cup holder that comes with the griddle to catch grease from the front grease channel with a discarded soup can. A piece of aluminum foil formed in a "V" shape will catch the grease stream and direct it to the grease can. For faster and more direct heat from the burners, I also removed the two burner covers and stored them away since there is no worry about grease dripping down onto the gas burners. After the griddle cools, simply scrape it and wipe it down and/or pick it up with the front-attached handle and wash it. Since purchasing this accessory I have not cooked over the grill grates, thus no messy cleanup!!

Cooking for my family during our camping trip last weekend was a great on this griddle. Pancakes and ham for breakfast, fajitas for dinner, eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast for the next breakfast. Honestly, I can’t want to cook on it again.
