These boards used to be so sturdy, durable, and well-made with a firm gray, plastic backing that could be used as a lap desk. I have several from only two years ago. Now they are being made of a kind of pressed wood, they are thinner, actually bendable, AND YOU CAN'T RETURN THEM because of the regulations against mailing flammable liquids!!! Very disappointed teacher here! I will be switching companies for sure!

I'm an engineering student. I'm getting to where a single problem can take up two or more pages just to work out. And if along the way I mess up, I gotta start all the way over. With these I can find an error, erase a couple lines and get back to work.Great for quick notes too. Coupled with Microsoft Office lens, a quick snapshot of my board becomes a glare-free, text-searchable image or pdf.This is a super cheap low-tech way to go paperless. I bought the surface pro for that purpose but nine times out of ten it's more practical just to break these out.These two boards go with me to school every day and I use them every single day. The worst wear they have are a couple indents where someone used it as a clip board when I wasn't paying attention, but is a minor and ignor-able thing. Besides, I have ten more at home.

Ordered for small group work in the classroom. Within the first few uses, the edges are already starting to show some wear (chipping or bubbling). Several of the markers wore out within the first few uses as well. The erasers seem to be holding up for the time being. Slightly disappointed in the boards, as I was hoping they would be a little more durable.

Boards are ok, some of them came scratched on the side, I had to seal them with washi tape so that none of the kids get hurt. Not ideal when it's something for children.The markers are really bad, you write with ttthem and then the writing getting so thin and almost fades away.Note also that these markers aren't washable so not good for the elementary grades. I have to go buy washable markers myself to use with these boards.

These dry erase boards are great, clean up easily. I like that the markers came in a box which makes storage easier. I use these for psychotherapy groups. They allow for art projects with colored markers (purchased separately). Reusable boards are much more environmentally friendly than are single sheets of paper which get thrown away or shredded. The boards seem sturdier and more finished than some (based on those I purchased from another company around the same time). I wanted a new, clean set of white boards in markers for students to use in my art classroom for stations, so I went ahead and bought this set.The boards are sleek, small enough to use and handle for little ones, but large enough where there's plenty of room to write and draw basic things. They aren't the best of quality, but for the price and function they will do.The erasers are fine. Basic, foam squares, there's nothing more to them. I find that using repurposed socks or towels are still a lot more efficient, but these work well at the convenience of not having to supply your own.The markers is really the big issue. I found that many students had trouble with the ink in the markers, and that they would run out. While kids would scribble or make elaborate drawings, I noticed a substantially lower quality and longevity on the markers compared to other leading brands used in the same environment. I have class main brand Expo markers that still work great and with more colors, while these brand new markers were fading, dying, or producing lighter tones with hardly any use on day 1.Overall, the boards and erasers are great. Get a set that you can reliably accommodate 20-25 kids with. However, I do recommend also having some back up markers to replace the ones in the set. These markers were disappointing to say the least, and I truly believe that I would have been better off supplying my own markers and paying less for this set than to just use what was provided.

The product was a little more flimsy than I expected though I should have know based on the price. One of the ones I received was in bad shape new with the whiteboard part scraped at the bottom and the cardboard showing through. I have it pictured. The rest are okay though, I’m just worried about what would happen to them if they got wet since the cardboard part is not very strong. Hope they can still last me through this year!

These were great boards. I was happy that each of the 12 boards had a small eraser as well as marker. The marker is a Good one. We have had other markers that fade out quickly. These boards were used constantly over a period of 24 hours and the markers are still going strong.

My class loves using the boards.
