I have tried a few insoles over the past year. I came across this item (Dr Olive) and ordered 2 pairs to try them out. It was an instant "I like what I feel" when I opened the package and touched the insoles. The quality of the insoles feels great. They appear to be washable given the type of material they are made of.1. Quality seems great. It looks like they should last a few years or more.2. They can be cleaned allowing us to freshen them up after long use3. I like how it fit my size 9 Clarks shoe. I feel the shoe fits my foot much better now.4. Walking in shoes with insoles feels natural. For people who walk a lot, or are in their shoes for long, I highly recommend these insoles. You will feel the difference.I will update my review in a few months with more on this. 2 days of use and a lot of walking, I think I got the insoles I have been looking for.Bonus: It will add a bit to your height.

It hugely lacks ventilation, summers it’s very difficult to breathe and it’s a design flaw. Okay arch support, doesn’t stabilise foot

I bought this piece to use on my badminton shoes (nivea branded) which usually don't come with good cushion support. But it made very little difference in comfort. Since I had already cut the piece to fit the shoe, couldn't return it.

Was looking for something which can give me comfort during my long standing and walking hours. This cushioning effect kept my feet from getting tired. Clipable size helped me adjust the sole to my shoe size and gave a perfect fit. There was no lateral movement during walking thanks to it under grip which holds the shoes and doesnt let it move.A super product for someone who has a weak arch and requires support.
