Island pendant lights - nice metal- thin glass
Glass is thin and received two broken globes that were returned and replaced. Could not find where to order globe only when contractor broke a hanging globe and had to order an entire new fixture to match the two hung. Info on replacement globes would be appreciated. Metal is good quality for price.

Beautiful, but glass arrived broken
The fixtures are very nice, but 1 of the glass shades arrived broken. Amazon stated there isn’t a way to get a replacement for the glass and my only option is to reorder the entire fixture just to get a new glass. There’s no way to contact the seller.

Looks Nice but ehhh Quality
Update - the seller is amazing & accommodating. Received a replacement for the glass. Overall, the customer service is/was top notch & I'm loving my new chandelier.Looks great/chic & was the perfect size for what I was looking for. Fits perfect with the rest of my home decor.instructions are very basic and as this being my first time changing out a fixture, it was troublesome. The MAIN reason for the low star review is that the holes for the glass are not properly drilled to align with the screws and the rest of the fixture. :( I can also see hairline cracks in the glass from (my assumption) when the holes were predrilled.

Packaging needs improvement!
The pendant light is beautiful but the packaging is not. My light came completely broken. The glass was shattered. The three stars isn’t because the light isn’t beautiful but because of the way it was packaged! It needs protected in the box more! I’m sure the handling had a part in this but IF the packaging was better it might have helped. I ordered a replacement so I’m really hoping I get an intact pendant light.

Great buy... Love the look!
I bought three for over my Island. They look elegant. I love them and the look. A tip... Make sure to keep a little extra wire to ensure it's loose and that the chain remains very straight. I weaved the wire through each chain link at first and it caused the light to hang at an angle. I fixed it and the three lights now look symmetrical and lovely together. 💗
