Use the correct plug!
This is essentially a good charger, but if charging through a case make sure the plug you connect it to has a minimum 15W output. I initially used a 5W plug and it struggled, sometimes working but more often than not it didn't. 5W works fine if you don't mind repeatedly taking the phone out of its case, by the way.
