I ordered this cat house after reading many reviews of different houses. It is not very sturdy looking—my son has not been available to help me assemble it yet—but I plan to reenforce the wooden sections with additional lumber. Overall, the price was right and I am pleased w my purchase.

i love almost everything about this catio. easy to assemble, good price, quick delivery, sturdy, my cats love it, ive added extra, bigger shelves for my fat cats. the only problem is that the roof is caving in from rain water sitting on it. i am going to have to reinforce the roof next week, ive had the catio for 3 months.given the price, i still think its totally worth it!

I purchased this catio as an addition to an existing catio that I built four years ago. Our four adult cats had outgrown the original and we wanted to give them more room to stretch out and the novelty of something new to explore would help to stimulate them for this summer at least. The catio arrived ready to assemble and each piece was well made, the directions were easy to understand and the quality of the product was surprisingly superior to what I had expected. We did screen each panel as an aid to lessen the number of insects that could invade the catio. From start to finish, and that included stapling screen on every single piece, was about four hours and that included a lunch break and clean-up. We customized the end that is attached to the original catio so the cats could enter safely. As a side note, we have customized covers out of heavy gauge clear plastic for each catio to keep out heavy rain, allow them to still see out and allow light in and to help keep the chill out when the weather turns colder. Overall, I am pleased with everything about this catio, including the price.

I do not recommend this product. The mesh wiring is very thin and looks like it's tacked on to the wood with staples and looks like it would easily detach from the frame. The wood is lightweight and doesn't appear to be sturdy. There were no screw holes on the smaller pieces to connect everything together. I would not feel comfortable leaving my rambunctious cat in this crate. It also appears that return shipping is not included, which really stinks since I feel the quality of this crate is less than stellar. Definitely not what I expected.

Cheap materials, easily bent and broken. It's okay for what it is. But I would've gotten a pricier one that was sturdier if I had known. Or built one myself.

It was tedious to put together, but it functions just the way I intended. I am very pleased with this purchase!!

The media could not be loaded. Day 1 cat pushed door and lock unlocked it doesn’t latch well and with a little pressure pops open. We tied a ribbon around door so he would not get out. It rained 1 night and 2 days later the shelf broke under him. Luckily he didn’t get cut in nails. I took a pic with him in the pen to show his size. Bad quality

I put this together myself, and I am not handy at all. Both my cats went into the enclosure together and appeared to enjoy it. I found it to be very sturdy and well worth the money. The roof is great.
