Niteangel Set of Beech Stilts for Elevating & Safely Setting Multi-Chamber Series Maze House (Set of 5 Stilts (4.33'' H))

These stilts are good quality. Once attached, they elevate the hideout by about 3.5". They are very snug on the large 6-chamber hideout — I needed a hammer to get them onto it.I use some meadow hay mixed with a high quality paper bedding, and this mixture holds burrows very well. The elevation provided by the stilts allows room for my female Syrian hamster to safely burrow down under the hideout. The bedding depth is far from ideal, but this setup has helped a lot. That's a 50 gal (200 qt) bin in the photo.

These Stilts fit my hamsters 3 chamber hide perfectly. They're a good Height so I can have a nice deep amount of bedding under the hide for my hamster to burrow in.Good quality wood but they aren't waterproof.Delivery was quick.

Please get this for your hamster if you purchase the hideouts from niteangel. As someone who is new to owning hamsters, I would all so much bedding to her cage underneath the hideout but because my hamster loves to burrow, the hideout would fall and ruin her burrow. I got this and I’m telling you guys, hamster love burrowing and having support for the hideout really makes a difference. I highly recommend!

EDIT: seller reached out to me and offered to send replacement legs. The second set fit even tighter. I ended up using a hammer to get them on. I'll use the extra legs as chew toys. Moved to 3 stars because the seller was responsive and tried to make it right.I am a huge fan of Niteangel products, however these risers fell short of expectations. Only one of the legs actually fit my Niteangel hide (the one shown in the picture in the item listing), the others weren't cut properly, the cuts were too narrow. I was very concerned that I would break the corners of my hide as I forced these on. One of the legs refused to go all the way on, but I'm afraid I'll break the whole hide if I try to remove the legs since I forced them on, so it sits wonky in my hamster cage. I regret this purchase.
