I wasn't sure how good these bulbs would be, but having used one for the last couple of weeks, paired with their gooseneck holder, I am amazed at how effective they are.This is primarily used for Cacti, but I have also put some tropical type plants in the same location, but where the light falls off a little to avoid too much exposure.The tropical plants have already grown new leaves, in a remarkably short space of time.The cacti seem to be loving the light, and one in particular has started to flower, and I've never had that before, so clearly they are loving their new environment.Finally, I put some newly planted Spruce seeds under the light, as I wanted to try my hadn't at Bonsai again. Not had much luck with the previous batches, as not a single seed produced anything, despite being meticulous with my approach. However, these seeds have already grown 2 shoots, after only 1 week! The only difference this time around is the light.So, as someone who has many, many, plants, I probably need to look at getting some more lights/stands from Grow Gang, as they very obviously do a fantastic job, but that may take a little while, as the costs will soon start racking up.These are great value bulbs, produced to a high standard, as the quality is obvious, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has plants.

This is a heavy, bright bulb which cannot be dimmed. That said, hoping plants will appreciate it

Seems to be a well made bulb. It’s big and heavy and puts out a good amount of light.I have it over my Monstera Deliciosa and my baby Thai Constellation. Plus a few other young plants on the shelf.Seems to be stimulating new growth already.

Fab! Will definitely be buying more. The only thing is, it’s quite heavy so the usual cheap wire clip on light fittings don’t work so well. So bright you’d think I had the main light on.

Excellent bright light, fits on my lamp stand, plants are happy.
