I got this paper organizer because I needed more tiers to sub-divide paper groups even more without adding much more height. What seemed like a bonus is that the mesh shelving would be less of a dust magnet over black stackable trays.While this organizer is not as cool and fancy as what it is replacing, it is more functional for my needs which is more important at this moment.PROS:- 9 tiers/shelves and a top shelf/cover in the space that 5 (plus top cover/shelf) tier stackable trays occupied.- Sturdy main frame.- Easier to move around over stackable trays.- Shelves pull out for easy cleaning (those not the top or very bottom).- Shelf on top is flat (not angled like some) so you can place items on top.CONS:- if you have a lot of paper on a shelf and try to grab the stack or a portion of it, the shelf it is on can come out if you don't lift it up enough. You then have to push the shelf back into place (easy but annoying). If you lift the stack up too far, the shelf above comes out a bit instead. It really needs some type of friction, notch or groove channel, or latch to keep the mid shelves in place under normal use conditions. I guess I could rig something if too annoying but not there yet.Despite the one annoyance (no star deduction), I still recommend this organizer.

I needed a compact organizer that would allow me to quick file items to several categories for temporary hold and this is perfect.It is not nearly as nice looking as my other organizer, and the space between compartments is small, but thats exactly what I was looking for since I needed to fit this into a small corner of my office that won't be seen much.This was super easy to assemble with just four screws. They include five in case one gets lost. They also include the allen wrench so that no other tools are needed. The instructions are clear but its so easy to assemble that they were barely needed.The only drawback I have found is that it was hard to label each compartment since the sides are made out of wire mesh. There is no easy place to put a label for it to stick well. I ended up getting some heavy duty long labels and wrapping them around the edge and they seem to be holding so far, but I would have preferred if they had designed this with room on the edges for a flat piece of metal to hold the labels better.

So being a teacher, we Always need something to organize papers, papers, and more papers. I have different organizers for different things and so each one serves a purpose and the papers have thier "home" which makes these not only great for students to find what they need, me as a teach is not drowning in 50 ft of papers. "Go put it in its home"

This paper holder is a great space saver. Holds 8.5 x 11 inch paper. It is very easy to assemble, took less than 10 minutes. It is lightweight. Holds a lot of paper. Would be perfect for an office to hold copy paper neatly.
