I love this automatic feeder. It is very smooth and has a continuous flow of food. I have never had to worry about theFeeder jamming up, it works well and is easy to set up. I like the app's scheduling capabilities. The minute the noise for the food release starts, the cats come running.

I like this feeder because it actually did what it was intended for. I had ordered this one as a replacement to the first piece of junk I’d found on Amazon. This one was much better.It’s not too bulky and very light weight so it isn’t an intrusive unit in the corner (I live in a smaller apartment). I also like the fact that it’s nice and light weight but my cat hasn’t tried to attack it to knock it over so I can’t speak to overall stability.The food doesn’t spill out usually, but I will say my kitty is able to stick her paw right up and in and dig out a couple extra crunchers. But it doesn’t get stuck and always delivers the food on schedule.One down side is that it doesn’t warn me when the food is low, so it was quite a shock when I heard it trying to dispense one night and nothing came out. I wish there was some sort of low food storage sensor so I know to refill.Super easy and quick to install the app and connect the unit. I do only use it plugged in, and have never put a battery in it but I don’t have any issues with energy consumption.Would definitely recommend, my little small cat wants to be tubby but this device is for sure stopping her. It dispenses throughout the day and she CHARGES whenever she hears the beep, which gives her a bit of extra excercise. It is not a quite beep and dispense, but I again I have a smaller place and not much movement. Still recommend.

I bought this to replace an older feeder that sometimes jammed. This feeder is much better. I really like using the app and being able to program 6 settings. What I really like is being able to release a single feed, a very small portion, without having to touch the food.I am very satisfied with this purchase!

It’s a great feeder. I like that it dispenses when set, I like I get alerts for feedings and can see them eating. A couple of things I don’t love- the setup to get the camera to scan the QR code on your phone was a nightmare and took way too long and too many tries and restarts. The amount of food dispensed per quantity isn’t as precise as I’d like it. It would be nice if the speaker had volume control. All in all I really do like it and it was great for vacation - even with a pet sitter- knowing they are being fed at the right time makes it less stressful.

This feeder has never fed my cats. Sure, it “works”, the app is fine, it dispenses sorta fine (though has gotten stuck a few times and the app never notified me..), but it’s major drawback is the ease at which it falls over. Furthermore, once toppled, the food container disconnects from the dispensing base meaning I have a cylinder full of food careening about my house. The one positive I guess is that the lid is tightly screwed, even when the machine is otherwise dismantled. I admit that my cats are at times menaces, perhaps a bit too food driven, but it has never stayed up long enough to complete a feeding at its scheduled time. I have seen my cat take this thing down with one movement of his paw. The reason this is a problem with this specific machine is that I have a PETKIT feeder that has NEVER been toppled. I would not buy again and regret going for the cheaper option. However, I assume if your cat is forever a docile baby and utterly uncatlike, then you wouldn’t need to worry about this thing falling.The attached photos are taken in two separate rooms, top is 20 feet from original location and still on the move at the cat’s whim and the feeder base (unplugged by the cat) is 5 feet from its original location. At least this seems to be entertainment for my cats.

This feeder works well. It was very easy to set up and share the app. I would recommend this product.

UPDATE: today my cat was really bugging me all day and I couldn’t figure out why. At her evening feeding time I was near the feeder and nothing happened. I checked the app and it said that the feeding had occurred, but it had not. I then pressed the button in the app to manually feed, and it displayed a message saying it was feeding, but again nothing happened. I opened it and rummaged around in the “spout” where the food gets ready to be dispensed, and then it started working normally. This is really problematic - every other feeder I’ve tried will alert you if there is a jam and feeding isn’t happening. I have no idea how many feedings she missed, and now I’m not confident this will actually feed as programmed. And apparently there’s no way to discover whether there’s a problem unless you sit and watch whether it’s dispensing, which defeats the purpose. It’s really frustrating - up until now this was the best feeder I’d tried, but after only a few months, it seems unreliable.Original review:I’ve had 3 different automatic feeders for my very food motivated cat, and this has been the best one and the cheapest! The Wi-Fi and app control is a great feature that makes change the schedule really easy. My cat also needs to go on a diet because the last feeder’s internal mechanisms broke down/stretched to create larger portions than intended. This one feeds about 1Tbsp at a time, so I can set it up to feed her tiny portions throughout the day so she’s not hungry and (mostly) doesn’t bother us for food. I’ve had it about a month and so far, zero complaints! (Also appreciate that it comes in black…)
