The furniture came in 2 big boxes. It was aggravating that some of the screw holes were not lining up, or had stuff in the hole and we had to dig out plastic. The instructions were vague, but after trial and error you figure it out. Better instructions or even labeling the pieces differently would be more helpful.All the tools you need comes with the furniture. It is lovely and comfortable. We are happy with it in the end.

This product ships in two boxes which I received on two different days 4 days earlier than expected. It does take some time to put together but nothing terrible. The color is exactly as shown and it is very comfortable. I did add a couple velcro strips to help keep the cushion from slipping on the ottoman. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I had to have Amazon assist me in getting to the right place. Customer service was helpful. I had to show them images of the problem parts and they resent the parts I needed. I was able to get the storage ottoman built and I have a complete set. Because of their ability to quickly resolve the issue and send the parts I am giving them a big upgrade.I still think it would be handy to have the rachet hex tool with the first box but I was able to find a hex bit for my drill that also helped. Sometimes the positioning of the drill was tricky though.Previous reviewThe table/storage has damage. One of the screw holes started turning with the screw so now its stuck halfway in and out, and we cant get it to move because it just turns with the screw instead of holding tight so the screw can go in or out.. So we cant even finish putting the piece together. Its just a half built box that we cant complete. Ive reached out multiple times to the seller. There is no one that answers the phone, and they have yet to respond to written requests. Im pretty annoyed I paid for the whole set and I cant even build/use the table.The couch and ottoman are built and it was a bit of a pain. I knew the shipments came in 2 boxes on different days. There is a mini rachet hex tool that was awesome, but it showed up in the couch box later that week after I had built the ottoman, (and tried to build the table before the issue with the bolt/screw hole). Would have saved me a ton of time if it had been in both boxes. Some bolt bags came unlabeled with the couch so it took some elimination to determine which ones were which. The build took several hours but its finally done.So the couch and ottoman are fine. The seats were a bit of a pain to shove into the cases. The back and side pillows are all wrinkled and one seems less full than the others. Not sure if the way they shoved it all in the box affected the stuffing in it. and its a little slippery, but at the moment, manageable.The only good thing so far is it seems sturdy. Im able to relax on it. Still getting used to the cushions, might update them later.

The set is a great addition to our outdoors. Very comfortable and nice looking.Putting it together was simple enough but was really surprised how the cushion covers were a little tough to install.Very good price and would purchase again.

Beautiful set with a great price. We tried on marketplace first but everything was same price and faded and weathered. No thanks. Then I found this! Took a few hours to set up but no issues. Love the storage table for blankets and pillows. The dog thinks this is her new dog house. My son loved it so much he slept outside all night and loved it. Super comfy and great color to create a fun inside living decor around. Highly recommend to spruce up summer gatherings. We’re gonna get a lot of wows for sure

Looks great. Love it. Easy step by step instructions. Takes a while to put together. Did it myself. Female 60 + would purchase again. Before you start, you could watch a youtube how to video. Get acquainted with all parts.

It’s a nice set for the money, but took forever to put together. Hopefully it will hold up.I like that it came with rain coversSome assembly advice…-small washers are used last for the feet.-make sure the storage table sides are on the correct sides so you can install the wire flip catches (I’m not taking it apart now…ain't nobody got time for that.)-don’t tighten screws before sofa sections all put together, the sections will need adjustments to line up. Go back at tighten screws when together.Lastly, trying to stuff the cushions in the covers will take you just as long as it took to assemble the darn thing, you’ll be sweating and cursing the manufacturer wondering why the didn’t put zippers along 2 sides of the cushions instead of just 1.
