Good Flavor and Quallity
Being liquid drops means that this can be taken either straight from the dropper or mixed into a drink such as tea or water. The lemon flavor is mellow and not too overpowering, but I did prefer just adding a dose of this to my tea instead. Didn't seem to help my dad
I'm sure every person is different, so I can't say this wouldn't work for everyone. I wish I knew what was going on with my dad, but I've been trying to help him sleep and I've been having a hard time finding anything that is strong enough to help without being so strong as to knock him out the next day. Unfortunately, this fell into the "didn't really help" category. That said, he is also elderly and doesn't always remember how well he slept. Since this clearly has worked for some people, it's probably worth trying. Unfortunately, it isn't the trick we're looking for.
