Great Stuff
Building new house. Felt I needed to apply this myself for extra insurance as a moisture barrier and bug seal around the perimeter of the house at the gap between the OSB bottom edge and cinder block foundation wall. Not a fun chore for an old man bent over low to the ground but I got 'er done. The liquid oozed down a bit but was stiff enough it didn't run/fall down far. It was flexible enough to be spread over the rough surfaces of the two materials.

Worked Perfectly
Only had a couple of windows and this did great. Covered smoothly and evenly. Filled the nails I drove in a little too deep. This will be my go to for future projects.

Did not work
The gun would not roll the tube as designed and had a mess. I thought it might be just the tubes that came with it so I tried on bought locally and it did the same thing

Poor packaging
Bought this along with the Zip system equivalent because Zip was available sooner. Once this arrived I was able to compare on the same job adhering to concrete sills for tight window openings. Both performed well, and this was slightly less tacky once dry. My only reason for 4 stars is that the tube is far flimsier than the Zip. It was hard to get into the gun as it deformed so easily it got stuck halfway in. For the price, and non-zip system applications I would still recommend.

Fantastic Liquid Flashing!
So I got these two 20 ounce sausages of Polyguard Blue Liquid Flashing because the other day I finally located the holes that the mice and the stinky shrews have been using to get into my garage. Just behind the metal trim and flashing at the base on either side of my garage there is a 1.5" gap between the metal flashing and the cement block foundation where the builders decided not to fill the area with anything. I was able to get some 1"x4" foam insulation that I could stuff in there but I needed to insure that the fix would be permanent. I got as much liquid flashing as I could get in there and covered every surface. Then I managed to coat every surface of the foam and then I set about getting as much foam in there as I could. Afterwards, I filled any voids remaing with the liquid flashing. I just checked the results after letting it cure and giving it another day just to be sure and there is no way anything is coming through there again. I will definitely be using this for its more common functions in future! Great Stuff!

Great Liquid Flashing
I should say that I am not a liquid flashing expert--haven't even played one on TV. But, with my limited experience, this flashing worked great. You do need a sausage gun or mad finger-painting skills--I opted for the gun. It did a great job doing everything I wanted to do. I have a tube left and will use it for future needs as well.

Squeezes out easy, sausage gun needed, works great at repelling rain.
Make sure you have a sausage style gun with the appropriate tip/nozzle, and this tube drops right in, with the opening at the one end and the gun pushes out the flashing with ease. I used this as a moisture/water barrier for wooden studs that I screwed to the concrete in the basement so I could finish it off. The flashing went on the board with ease and then I troweled it across the whole length of the stud and it worked great. I also used this stuff when I put a replacement window in my shed between the wood and window and haven't had any water come in through the window area!
