We need Electrolytes when doing sports and drinking lots of water

Taste is fine
I put it in a small glass with 1/2 cup water and 1 packet stevia. I mix it with my small battery operated whisk. It doesn’t taste that bad. I’ve been taking MSM for a year for hair growth and that is nasty, so BHB is no where near as bad as BHB.

Taste is nasty, but works!
Taste is absolutely horrendous, but so is every other BHB product I’ve bought. The important part is it does give me a deep ketosis for 4-6hrs.

Tastes Ok
This tastes OK and seems to do a nice job at hydrating. It's convenient to have on hand. Overall, I didn't find much use for it, but would probably be great for others more serious about their health.

It made me very sick.
The Potassium BHB made me very sick.I felt nauseous, weak, and half of my face was tingling.I won’t be taking it nor buying it again.

High quality, consistent powder
I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks now and can report it's good quality BHB powder. While the biggest complaint with this is taste, I don't have much problem with it. It mixes very quickly and easily in a small amount of water, 1 to 1.5 ounces and I take it down in one gulp. I prefer to take 1/2 dose twice a day so that might be a good tip if you struggle with the taste.It's a very consistent powder, no lumps form and mixes super easy. Provides a great energy boost for morning workout (first 1/2 dose) and focus in the late afternoon after long days wear me down (second 1/2 dose). I appreciate the purity without additives and reassurance with testing.
