The media could not be loaded. This was frustrating to install. But not as bad as many seem to say. Mine was difficult because it was up against the underside of my kitchen cabinets, making it almost impossible to tap the 2 sides together. It should really include the push insert wire connectors, but was able to do it with normal wire nuts after some planning of the wiring.The big disappointment here was that after all the trouble of installing it, the USB ports make a very annoying and high pitch buzzing sound. I'm told this is called coil whine and nothing to be concerned about electrically. However I won't be able to stand living with it. It does go away when something is plugged into it, so I may have to find some small accessory to put there just to keep it quiet. I can't stand the thought of taking it off and returning it, so I'll deal with it. If you buy this and don't need the USB, I would cut out that section prior to installing and wire directly to the next outlet in line. It won't change the instalation and will actually give you more space for wiring.Update: I ended up taking the strip down and cutting out the section with the USB outlet hole. Turns out you can unclip the wires coming from the USB and use the same holes in that harness to clip in your hot and common wires, leaving only the ground to be wired normally. Works fine now with no buzzing.

I’ve used wiremold in other projects over the years. I appreciate the look and feel of them, being sturdy metal, but... this product doesn’t seem to have evolved much for the better in all these decades.Manufacturing failure: the metal back strip they sent me had the wire knockout hole at the end of the strip - not 1 millimeter away from the END of the strip such that it couldn’t be used - but in that area - say an inch from the end would have been a very advantageous place to wire in the cable clamp. But no, now I have to double back the lead wires from where they can only barely fit on the other side of the outlet and making a ground screw attachment myself.Thanks for nothing there Wiremold, if that is your real name.

Do not buy! I'll save you the hassle, these are not 5 foot long. They are 3 foot but are not described in the description nor in the title. I purchased this assuming it was 5 foot long because that's what I needed came in the mail only 3 foot. There is another option that is also 3 foot but $75. This is $122 and only has two additional USB port. It is not worth the additional $50-$60 For two USB ports. Please update the listing and make people aware that these are 3 foot and not 5 foot which are stated in the product description.

Was crap. Don't buy. Look elsewhere.

The product was shipped with only one blank end cap.

While I am sure it is a good product. It is not usable in the situation I have. It needs to be thicker and allow wire ties inside, it cannot accomodate.Wish I could return for a thicker product .

We bent two of the light tracks trying to get the to snap together and scratched the cabinet trying to install. Poorly made and VERY VERY difficult to install.

This product has no room at all to make wire connections. Very aggravating. Outlets are falling apart while you try to fit your connections into a 2" space. Avoid this powerstrip.
