The most durable one I ever had!
I bought it last year and set in the front yard. It is still effective this year after hurricane and flooding. What I love most is that it is quiet and productive. It has a nice feature!

Catches everything but mosquitos
Pros: No assembly required, just plug and play.Cons: The trap is full of moths, but not one mosquito. This purchase included one container of attractant.I am very disappointed and will be returning this.

Happy with Mrs Mosquito BUT
Great at trapping mosquitoes but keeps them alive for too long - some get away during cleaning of device

Good trap for catching mosquitoes and other insects
The unit hung in the backside of our garage for about 3 weeks and then roughly counted its catch: about 120 mosquitoes, close to 100 no-see-ums which are also biting midges, and more than 450 moths. We are pleased with the results and hope it can keep our backyard free of harmful biting and other disgusting insects.

Already quit working
I bought this last summer and it worked okay. Got it out this year, bought new cartridges, plugged it in and nothing. It already quit working and comes with a 3-year guarantee. I would not purchase this item again.

Decent product
Don't buy. Way too expensive for the amount of mosquitoes it kills.

Quitely collects bugs
This trap is well built and quitely collects insects. We previously used bug zappers but they were noisy and emitted foul odors. So far the Mrs Mosquito is working great for our patio!

Updated review: Unit is back to work
The media could not be loaded. Update: My initial review was pretty scathing, and since then the seller reached out to me to make some suggestions, one of them being to not turn the base too tight when emptying the basket and putting base back on. So, after 48 hours of the Mrs. Mosquito not working, I followed their suggestion, twisted the base off gently and back on gently and it did come back on. So it is NOW WORKING. Be very careful when twisting off the base to empty out the insects and make sure not to over tighten it. Apparently there are magnets that need to be lined up just right for the unit to work. So I'm happy to report I did not receive a broken or defective product, but pretty much everything else I said in my original review ( shown below) still stands. I still haven't seen anything other than moths being trapped. The fact that it is corded and not portable is a slight inconvenience, and finally , they only give you one (1) cup of Maxttrax Lure , which they state should last about a month. The lights (3) are very dim , so I usually have to turn off my back deck light at night because it's obviously much brighter than the Mosquito unit and insects will still gravitate towards my porch light. The fan is super quiet, and the basket is very easy to clean. I want to be fair and say that since I've had the unit up and running, the weather here in Central Florida has been cooler than the average, therefore, and fortunately, we aren't seeing the usual infestation of blood sucking female vampires. Because of the cooler temperatures, low 50's at night and high 60's during the day, there aren't as many mosquitos around so Mrs. Mosquito is mostly capturing and trapping moths. The cooler temps do not last long here, so hopefully in the next week or so, or maybe not hopefully, the annoying little biting mamas will be returning with a vengeance and should Mrs. Mosquito do her job and trap my most hated insect, I'll return with an update to include video. So I'm going to bump my review up to 4 stars, for now. I'm not docking a star because of my personal feelings over the unfortunate drawn out suffering of moths, or anything else this thing traps. But I am taking 1 star away for the fact that you have to purchase more lure every 3 to 4 weeks, and because it's not very convenient to have to use an extension cord to plug into the nearest outside outlet, and because of the sensitivity of the base when removing and replacing. As of now I've got a working mosquito killer that's great at killing moths. Once the cooler temps leave us and the hungry female vampires return, I'll be better equipped to report on how well it attracts, traps and kills them.Original review: was 3 starsI'm pretty disappointed in this. First of all, it stopped working after an hour, so now I have a $200 Mrs. Mosquito that doesn't work. Secondly, even if this did not break after just an hour in use, I still wouldn't like or recommend it. It traps moths , and anything it traps, doesn't die instantly. They die a slow painful death over days. Not at all what I want anything to do with . I was really hopeful I would be saving a minimum of $50 a month on mosquito repellent by getting this, because here in my part of Florida, you can't step outside anytime of year without losing a pint of blood to these vampires . But I'd rather spend $600 a year on repellent that simply keeps biting bugs off of me, than the partaking in the unnecessary cruel slow death of flying insects. For the amount of money they are charging, and to only get 1 tiny cup of lure, and 1 hour of use, and several dying moths, I think I'm better off with out it . Even if it didn't stop working suddenly and was effective at eliminating mosquitoes, I wouldn't know where to purchase the "lure". They provide you with 1 tiny cup, pre installed, which they say lasts about 30 days. After a month, what do you do? Where do you get more "attractant"? So this is a no for me. As much as I despise biting bugs, I don't want any part of a slow painful death on several species trapped and dehydrating to death. Do better please.
