While researching my new kitchen faucet, I wasn’t sure I would be happy with the quality or functionality of this one. I have had mine now for almost TWO YEARS. It has performed perfectly! The quality is excellent and I am someone who is exceedingly discerning when it comes to this. Recently, my teenage son, who tends to be a bull in an antique shop, somehow managed to dislodge the piece that holds the sprayer portion down when needed. I wasn’t sure what to do to fix this, so I contacted the company to see what I could do to fix it. I cannot say enough good about how they handled this. It is SO rare to have customer service this excellent. They were extremely prompt in responding to my issue and they kept it so simple! No hassle whatsoever! They asked for my address and replaced the part lightening fast! They were utterly courteous, respectful, communicative and are representative of the quality of the product itself. 10/10 recommend this brand and this faucet. The replacement part came very quickly and was a 10 second installation for me (They sent a brand new sprayer! So it was just unscrewing one and putting in the new one!) It is up and running perfectly again! Great value, great quality, long lasting, and also aesthetically, very striking. Friends and family have complimented it over the past couple of years. I love the look of it as well! The temperature indicator light is not only cool looking, it helps my kids and I stay safe from touching water that is too hot. If you are questioning whether or not to buy one, stop questioning and get it, you will be so glad you did!

This faucet is not only beautiful but extremely functional. The plumber that installed it commented on how great the water pressure is. Other faucets that don't look half as good costs twice as much. I am very happy with the quality of this faucet.

This is a great faucet. It is lovely and adds a level of class and elegance to my kitchen. I have gotten many compliments on it since we installed it. The copper accents really make the design features stand out. The installation was really easy but be sure you get the gasket right-side up. If you have it upside down it will not seat properly to the sink. It has really good pressure. I noticed that the sprayer will drip when turned off if we leave the spigot know side open so i always make sure to have that knob turned off. I like the dual function of the two-sided faucet/sprayer design. The sprayer holder does make the sprayer head hang a bit low so I always take it out and move the handle out of the way to bring that height up when using it for dishes, etc. The LET light feature works great and is "fun." Overall, we love this faucet from the sturdy, German design to its function and aesthetics. I have and do recommend it.

I have it had it for long but it looks nice and works. I put too much Teflon tape on and had a leak around the hose. I wrote their support and they told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Thanks to Vicky!

I needed a new kitchen faucet that would accommodate the connector on my portable dishwasher. After researching online, this seemed like the best solution - it's only 16" high, and I needed something that was lower than my over-the-sink dish drainer. Found it on Amazon, saw a review that confirmed that it worked with the buyer's dishwasher connection and purchased it. Removing my old faucet was a challenge, but this one went in easily. I love the sprayer, and my dishwasher connection screws right into the pot filler. High quality, easy to install, and it does exactly what I needed it for. GREAT product at an incredible price (significantly under $100 when on sale).Update - my one complaint, if you could call it that, is that the pot filler should be longer and reach at least into the middle of the sink. Currently wrestling with those extensions sold on Amazon - they fit the OUTPUT of the pot filler, but I can't get my portable dishwasher adapter to connect to the other end of the extender. Off to Lowe's to spend quality time in their plumbing department to look for an adapter with the correct thread.

I don’t know why this product is rated so well. Very misleading. Unfortunately, I didn’t try to install it until past the return window. But it is a waste of money.Pros: FunctionalCons: Very poor design-hot and cold water lines are too short. They are about 21 inches long and need to be around 24 inches-Amazon has longer water lines, but won’t ship them to California. Home Depot and Lowe’s do not carry the male end water lines that plug into the faucet. So if the water lines are too short for your set up, you’ll be stuck returning this after you’ve already tried to install this or you’ll go get brass compression fittings trying to reach the length you need. And since they are hard to operate and keep from leaking, you may call a Plummer out costing you more than this faucet-sprayer sits too low-no way to keep the sprayer on. So only way to wash hands is through the other spout-spout is too short. You have to awkwardly lean into the sink area to wash hands-sprayer is actually too powerful-generally ugly designDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FAUCET
