HD Ridez Drop Down Style Running Boards Side Step Compatible with Dodge Sprinter 2007-2009 Full Size Van & Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 10-24(Exclude Passenger Van with Rear A/C and 2015 4X4)

Installed on a 2016 Sprinter 144 4x4. No missing hardware or fasteners. Assembly is very straight forward. If you can operate a rachet/wrench, you can install this. Instructions were pretty good although there was one illustration that was incorrect (easy to identify). I would recommend a good metric socket set with 10, 13, 16, 17mm sockets and ideally some similarly sized wrenches. A powered ratchet would also be very nice to have. No jack required but would recommend a mechanics creeper/slider. I was able to do it by myself in about 6 hours. Shipping weight was 54 lbs, so figure about 25 lbs a side when installed. Very sturdy/stable when fully installed, perfectly fit the Sprinter and look great.As others have noted, there are similarly styled and sized aluminum versions of these rails that are going for $1500-$2000 from various Sprinter focused outfitters. These are steel so they are cheaper, heavier and susceptible to rust, however they cost A LOT less and should be more impact resistant. If they do rust (they are well coated) you can always buy another set and still come out way ahead.

Took a while to get shipped and delivered, but product is of great quality and looks great! Installation was easy, took 3 hs for 2 guys. No complications or modifications needed. Half or more than half the price of other options. Absolutely worth it and looks great!

The Good: Love the quality, looks and functionality of these running boards. The price is outstanding! Similar running boards are 3 times the cost of these. The running boards are sturdy, and very easy to use. The installation went mostly without a hitch.The Bad: The only negative thing I have to report about this item is that I was missing a couple bolts, one area was drilled in the wrong place, and one area was missing a required hole. Not too big of a deal, one hardware store trip and the bolts were located. I was able to correct the mis-drilled hole, and I drilled the hole that had been missing. I hated subtracting a star for all of this. However, I am handy, yet not everyone is, and it is not appropriate to make the customer figure out the manufacture’s mistakes. I expect a better level of quality control.The Ugly: Absolutely nothing ugly about this product! I am more than satisfied with the price, the quality of the material, and the looks of these running boards. Love stepping into my Sprinter van, rather than having to climb in. Highly recommend.

2024 Sprinter 144 AwdThere were very few reviews, and some mentioned missing bolts or misaligned holes, so I was hesitant, but this is the shape I wanted (bars with non-slip steps).Easier than I thought to install (but I'm an auto mech). All bolts delivered, and all holes aligned save one, but it just needed a little persuasion and worked ok. Attractive appearance, although some of the welds could have been neater, but looks sturdy (and I'm a welder). Typically I'm 200 lbs and these steps barely flex. I might buy a set for my 4runner

Very nice product and about 1/3 the cost of most of the other options. Straight forward installation with good instructions, no missing parts. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this item after watching a Youtuber who had installed the item on his Sprinter Van. It looked very good but ran into some issues with installation and parts (screws/nuts) and installation instructions. Could not get support with missing parts or bad parts from the vendor, so strange! I went to Home Depot to purchase extra nuts/screws to complete the installation. without the video from the Youtuber, the installation can be a challenge due to ambiguous and unorganized installation manual.

While I love the look of these running boards the packing and shipping is not quality. I was missing one 10 mm hex bolt and 10 10 mm lock washers. The quality control coming from the factory needs to get with the program. The installation was not as identical to the directions and I needed to adjust the installation to make it work. A short video would be helpful.

It’s easy to install , very sturdy. I’m very happy the way it looks. Need drill 8 holes on each side, the only problem I can solve is on driver side the AC box located at the hole that supposed to install the rack , I can relocate the rack at the other hole that open and zipped tide it because that rack is not supported much just hold it tide .
