Wrong product received or ordered?
I had bought straps for my Fitbit Versa earlier. Little did I realise in a hurry to pack bags for my UK trip that the model shown in Tobfit photo is not suitable for my Versa. On receipt, I simply put in luggage and flew off to UK. On reaching here, now I find that the straps don't have sliding locking pins !!!! I am stuck with this useless item. Wish I could return the straps on my return to India BUT THAT WILL NOT BE BEFORE 17-11-2024. Meanwhile, I had to purchase new straps here in UK with locking pins and they are made of elastic breathable fabric. Product keeps changing so frequently !!!
