Amazing tub my wife loves it

Overall great but they need to improve the stair mechanics, it does not stay on and it is not sturdy at all/dogs could easily get hurt if you don’t hold the stair still

This raised dog bathing station is sturdy and well constructed. It's a game changer for bathing your dog and a real back saver. All the welds are smooth with no sharp edges. It wasn't difficult to put together, but it's definitely a 2 person job to hoist the tub on top of the leg structure. I have 3 complaints: 1) You can't lock the steps into place 2) The pierced plate the dog stands on bows a little bit under my 90 lb Lab (I don't anticipate it bending or breaking but less flexing would make my dog happier) 3) The door keeps sliding open when I'm washing the dogs and there's no way to lock it in place. I added some anti-slip bathtub mats on the floor to make it more comfortable and less slippery for the dogs. I purchased the model with the steps, but probably should have gotten the ramp.

The media could not be loaded. The product description was 62 inch tub, but measures 59 inch. Poor quality in welding corners and bars. Also edges are sharp and could hurt a pet well-being put in the tub. Needs more attention to quality and work performance. Not a high value for the money, but it’s difficult to return once it’s Assembled. Will have to purchase supplies to make it work.

Nice product but has some issues. Protective plastic is quite difficult to remove. Water leaks through the seam despite tight bolts. The Raised platform would be more useful if fit down into the tub as a lower platform option. Also should provide a lock device for the slide door as it is easy to slide open.
