These tunnel portals will do the job but keep in mind they will need to be modified to look like real stone. I glued 1/4" foam backing board and covered all in plaster. After cleaning the excess of of the stone face and adding paint they look amazing.

these a good looking HO scale tunnel entrances.......nice detail..
all thats left is a bit of detail weathering and a tunnel needing an entry point.
