Easy to Use
These packets are easy to use and great to have on hand when I don't have plain yogurt in the fridge. They produce a tangy favor.

Works just as they described!!
I made a quart of yogurt in my Instapot and set it for 12 hours. I added 1 packet of the enzyme. The yogurt came out perfect…creamy and rich! The taste was just right, not too sour. I’m totally happy with the product and the price.

Did not work, seller never contacted me.
The product didn't work after two attempts. The seller never contacted me when I asked for advice. It has been over 10 days when I messaged them.

Most successful yogurt batch ever!
The headline says it all. I've dabbled in yogurt making before, using commercial yogurt for starter. No yogurt maker, just my oven, a heating pad, and a BBQ digital thermometer. Not a "set it and forget" rig, but I'm able to watch it during the four or five hours necessary to adjust, if needed. As to the negative reviews, you can be assured that they did not keep the stable temperature or follow instructions, Then there are the ones freaking out that it didn't come refrigerated. Science, children, science. Inactive, dry bacteria don't need refrigeration.Sure glad I bought this product!EDIT: One packet per half gallon is just fine. It just takes a bit longer.

It works
This was my first time ever to make yogurt but it was very easy and was successful. Reviews stating that it does not work likely did not follow instructions . I used whole cow milk. Two packets to a gallon of milk and followed the instructions and yogurt turned out great. I used a heated electric blanket to incubate. I just wrapped the blanket around the pot and set the blanket heat level to 5 which is medium, and 180°. This is a tart yogurt so even though the description does not state it, I think it's a Bulgarian yogurt because it's very tangy/ tart. If you don't like a very tart yogurt I would suggest getting a creamy or a sweet yogurt culture instead. For me though, I would buy again

Works great
I purchased these sachet 2nd timeYou need to be very careful for the milk quality otherwise the yogurt gets sour if we do not follow the recipe. You can scan it from sachet and get more recipes as well from their website.
