I was a skeptic, but why? Just try it!
Dr. Joel's Organic Probiotics 180 Billion CFU. I can't say why it works, I've been a skeptic for years but I'm convinced it works. My loud growling, embarrassing stomach has finally been tamed. Although I'm not tempted to try it, I believe I could eat a bowl of termites without any adverse side effects.I've seen a reduction in my beer belly too since I'm not all bloated up, gurgling and making unwelcome noises.Yes, this is a quality item that has proven it's effectiveness. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow, no taste what so ever.

180 Billion? No expert, but twitching to this from another popular brand that boosted some 9 billion bacteria strands, I found these to feel more effective. I did them on a empty stomach first..and discovered that was a no, then read that it should be taken on a full stomach. Anyway, I'm slightly noticing improvements in my sour tummy..I have begun uptaking them 3 caps twice a day.
