This box easily fits a modern/large car key.
I've always been a fan of hide a key boxes on the cars underside. Before I found this box, all the other boxes I came by were either too small or the magnet(s) were not trustworthy. This box is good in both areas. As a bonus, I don't have to wrap the key in cellophane because it seems to be water tight.

This thing is not WATERPROOF!!
If you place this under or hidden on the outside of your vehicle, you better make sure water doesn't touch it.I placed this thing well under a splash shield and it filled with water. I should have known better and placed the remote key fob in a waterproof mini ziploc bag or the likes.

Locked myself out of truck
With the truck fob with key made together and I placed this by back bumper. Did not like walking home to get other set of keys.
