My colesterol went from 242 to 207 in three months. I recommend braking the capsules and take the powder with a fat like coconut oil or avocado oil for better absorption.

Amazing
High cholesterol runs in my family. It seems once we hit 40+ our cholesterol, no matter the diet, goes high. I am on a statin and after a year it didn't budge. I cut out processed food and everything that would cause it to go high with no results. I started taking this and holy cow! I am at normal levels except for one area and I'm sure that'll go down too. I was only taking one a day until about 2 weeks before the test. I'm impressed.
