Left ear bud not working
I bought the T20 in August 2024 a red one and used it just for running then experienced the left ear bud not working and reached out to TOZO whom advised some suggestions on how to fix the problem, unfortunately none of the solutions fixed the problem. They happily offered organised to send me a replacement pair of which I am truly grateful for.Customer service is excellent I am giving 5 stars for all round service and care

My third pair of Tozo earbuds, they have all been very good with no connection issues, and excellent battery life.I have owned more expensive buds, and have found them to be too quiet, Tozo earbuds are louder (to my ear) especially this T20 model.The music quality is excellent, solid bass & good high end.Audiophiles can probably find fault, but, I am very happy with the sound across a wide variety of genres, and I think that most buyers would be satisfied with the sound.I did change the tips to memory foam and this improves the sound immensely.*If you fit foam tips, make sure you use the dome shaped ones, as the cone shaped tips will not fit in the charging case.I ordered these with a £10 offer at £29.99, a great bargain.

Great Value
The headphones are well packaged and come with a lot of options for the ear tips.I got these for my wife, and the red option I went for matches her iPhone 14 Plus RED really well.Pairing was straightforward and the battery level display on the front of the case is a very good touch.Headphone quality is great - more than good enough for my wife’s usage, mainly podcasts and the occasional Spotify playlist.Only slight issue is perhaps the charging case lid - it feels a little weak compared to the rest of the case. Probably to be expected at this price point.Overall a very strong product for the price. Would give 4.5 stars if I could!

Bought to replace tozo t10
Bought these to replace a set of t10’s that the pod would no longer hold a charge! I was hoping for a better sound quality due to bigger speaker cone! Connected to my iPad and noticed no improvement. Connected to my lg oled to watch a movie and what a difference. Soundtrack came through load a clear, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Clear sound regardless of genre, well structured app with custom and preset equilasers from tozo and other users amazing battery life in the buds and charger dock , will buy again.
