My last standard cheap batteries lasted 1 year or just until the guarantee ran out so I tried these gel type.So far so good and they seem very smooth but we’ll see how they go.

The batteries arrived with smear marks so I contacted the company. Company said it shouldn't be a problem. First day charging the batteries only held charge one hour. I contacted the company they said the batteries need 15 battery charges before at full capacity. Second day the batteries only charged under 3 hours again. Second day the batteries started losing power yet again in the first hour. 3rd day 4th day the same issue.It's clear the batteries are faulty! After reading countless other reviews multiple reviews all stating the same issue. The batteries not holding charge for other one hour. The batteries feel lighter and the gell type are an utter fail. If you have a bigger machine the SLK gell batteries will not power the scooter I guarantee you the batteries are faulty and haven't enough power in them. SLK a few years ago the batteries would last over 15 miles. Of recent if you are lucky the batteries will last you only Upto 6 miles. My scooter has had a service as it does every few months. I ordered the Lead batteries but have now cancelled because others are still complaining about the 75ah ones also. I feel the batteries are cheaply made and are not filled with battery juice like before which gave us over 12 miles if it was needed. The fact is I've been stranded twice over the last few days and this isn't acceptable.Secondly returning the batteries you must pay postage back then they check the batteries and see if faulty. I know for a fact they faulty because I've had a garage check them. I'm absolutely disgusted with reading multiple reviews with how bad these batteries are. It's expensive enough for disability with out having cheaply made expensive batteries that only last 6 months if you are lucky. I want my refunds back and will be going elsewhere now. You can buy these batteries and see how you get along with them but remember my review. I'm also contacting a company and want them looked into properly now. Customer service is shocking.

I ordered these for my Kymco as was having trouble with hills. I replaced the lead acid batteries with Gel batteries as they give better performance they are amazing. This company really does look after it's customer, I ordered them in-between Xmas and new year and were not due till 6th Jan. Arrived very early 31st Dec well packaged and with all certificate and bolts for terminal. Outstanding service would recommend without reservation to anyone.

Waited a while to see how these worked out on my mobility scooter and they are great hold a charge well and are powerfull enough to get myself up the hills around here. I will try to remember to update in six months time on there performance 30/06/2017.
