Very vibrant pink food coloring! Worked great and didn’t fade out in my recipe. The bottle does leak a bit if it stored upright but really that was my own fault. The color is super bright!

This really helped to whiten my icing. I use high quality vanilla which makes my icing beige. This helped to really brighten it so it wasn’t so beige. It did not make it true white. I also didn’t add a ton because I was afraid it would affect my icing. As I used it, there was no taste or change to the texture of my icing.

So, this was a cake that was supposed to be black, for a red and black layer that matched school colors. It was pretty dark, but my nonstick mix likely compromised it. I’m sure the inside is much darker. I’m still satisfied!

I bought this because it said it was airbrush compatible and it clogged my airbrush and definitely is not airbrush compatible. You cannot return it so your stuck with a useless piece of garbage food coloring because if you know anything you use americolor for most things baking but I was in a hurry and ordered this crap. Do not buy
