Good pillows
Ordered two pillows. I found it comfortable but my husband did not. The seller said it could be due to switching from old pillow to this cervical one.

Product Fails on all levels
One uses a pillow for neck and head support. This product just fails to deliver that. The product is too soft. As soon as you place your head on the pillow it sinks down. You could almost feel the bottom of the pillow and all the pressure comes on neck.
