These are Tampons. Probably the best tampons on the market. Easy to use and I shouldn’t have to say this, but, each Tampon both regular and super are single use only. Once it goes in, and you wear it, and then pull it out, that’s it, it can not go back in once full of your bodies discharge while on your period. Yes I said that out loud. lol So grab the slender applicator, insert the soft cotton plug with string and go. You will literally feel like it’s not even there. Regular is for a light flow. Heavy is for those heavy days when you need a little extra protection. These are the only brand I will buy!

What can I say...the did the job they were meant to do. I love the easy open packaging.
