Discreet and comfortable to wear but by no means quiet
Four stars for heat pack side of things, there are three levels of heat and works well, however I have knocked a star off for the massage side as it is too noisy of a vibration even on the lowest setting, so I will likely only use this as a heat pad to discreetly wear at work when my endometriosis is flaring.

This product was recommended to me by a friend. One of the best purchases I have made. Definitely helps with cramps and pains and is easy to charge and wear discreetly if needed. It has an automatic shutdown for the heat setting after 30 minutes aswell and keeps warmth and heats quickly. The function is very easy to use and vibration level is fine as well.
