Plz dont buy, it stinks, pathetic worst purifier, no service in newly baught product
On 18.12.2024, I purchased a brand new Aquaguard Slim water purifier from Amazon. Upon using the purifier for 2...3 days we noticed that there is stinking smell in the water and taste of water was not good. At the time of installation your engineer Raj Mohammad visited, we were not satisfied with the flow of water. It was very slow. We were disappointed with the service and denied to give OTP for installation. However there was no follow up call from your end.Later we again lodged complaint on which an engineer Mr Narendra Singh visited he said u cannot store water for 4 hours, if we will store it will stink, sir then tell me what is the use of filter, we both are working we will carry out water to office.Again we lodged complaint, then filter was changed, still same problem persists, again we lodged complaint again he is saying to change filter, are we sick, to get filter changed in every month. Top of that we are not using machine since the smell is pathetic.Aquaguard is cheating people by doing false promises. We are tired of following up.We are four members in the family including my kid who is 4 years old and mother who is cancer patient. We ordered your filter seeing big brand name of Aquaguard Slim glass which proved to be disaster.Now I don't want filter changes, how many times you will change filter in 3 months.

Reliable machine, good tasting water. Touch for water flow/stop. Need power to get water, even from the storage.

Damaged product, DO NOT BUY IT
The media could not be loaded. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT. Lookwise very nice however outflow of water very very slow. It is not acceptable. My previous water purifier Aquasure crystal was working fine. I will observe few more days, if the issue persists, I will raise a return request as damaged product.
