I’m so impressed with these clear retainers! The impression kit was easy to use with clear instructions, and after I shipped it back, the finished retainers arrived quickly and fit perfectly. They’re comfortable, virtually invisible, and do a great job keeping my teeth aligned. The quality is excellent—durable and easy to clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, affordable alternative to in-office retainers!

I ordered the retainers to help keep my teeth aligned because my lower retainer from my orthodontist broke. Received the product in about a week. I followed the instructions and sent photos of my impressions to Alignerco and was told the top was dragged. Did another impression with the same result. I then set up a video conference to do the impressions with Scott. Did this and he said they were perfect. I believe the reason they said the first two impressions weren’t viable is because they try and sell you an additional plan for future retainers. So I received a email in about two weeks saying the impressions I did on the video conference were not usable to make my retainers and they wanted an additional 30 dollars for more impression making product. Go figure. That’s all I want to do is wait another month to get my retainers. Worst experience ever. Save your money and time and get your retainers from your orthodontist.

I ordered the kit back in June. Had some mishaps with the upper and lower trays (sizing ). So I had to get a different size. Took about a week to get the trays. (Three orders) paid about $40 extra for shipping. Once that was situated it took about 3-4 week to get the retainer back. The retainers are good quality.

These retainers haven’t chipped or gotten warped like other aligners and retainers I’ve used. As long as you keep them clean, they’ll last for about half a year or longer!

I finally received the retainers and they work great. I am pleased with the product. HOWEVER THE PROCESS will make you very unhappy and disgruntled. Bought the kit.. received the kit (June 25).. top were approved first try (July 3rd).. bottoms rejected constantly.. video session (July 6th) they really try to get more money as they take the video session to sell more products.. constantly get rejected only to sell you another kit at $30.. the kits themselves are set up for failure because the mouth piece is too bulky or thick.. I was told I’d get an email to buy the kit never did. I bought one from another company same price more impression and better! When I finally was approved on July 18th, I was told that I needed TWO impressions for both top and bottom making it a total of FOUR when the original set only comes with 4 so no room for rejects.. HUH?!! excuse me! I had to tell them thats not what I was originally told when I purchased the kit nor is it in the paperwork included. I was sent my shipping label (you don’t get it until both impressions are approved) mailed it July 18, they received it July 25th, received an email August 8th stating it would take TWO weeks.. did not receive them until September 5th.. after I had to follow-up on my own consistently because I was not receiving any updates. When I FINALLY received them my teeth had moved so bad it was excruciating to put them on!! I mean painful!!! It took two weeks for that pain to go away.Now the company won’t allow my original review to post.

AlignerCo did a great job! The ordering was straightforward, and their support team was responsive. My retainers arrived on time and fit perfectly, though I needed a short adjustment period. Overall, the quality and affordability make them a great choice!

I have been working with Alignerco for 6 months. They have failed to deliver a retainer that works, have taken additional money ($470 total), and refuse to refund me. I am in the process of a dispute with them.Obviously, stay away.What you are purchasing is a kit. You will make impressions and then they will give you the retainer. This process takes several weeks and by the time you receive your retainer the return period will expire. BEWARE! You can not return these through the Amazon process because of this.They tried several times to make a retainer that fit. They could not do it. Look elsewhere.
