These are great! Everything is capable of POE, so just get yourself a POE Switch and skip the power packs. ;-)Pros:Controller includedGreat ImageNDI outputPOE capableCons:The RTSP stream was glitching for me for some reason, but since NDI works perfectly, I'm good.The controller doesn't have very good options for adjusting video settings such as white balance, ISO, etc. But the good news is all those settings can be accessed from the camera's Web GUI using a web browser.

We are an Audio/Visual company who purchased this kit as our first PTZ camera system. I can already say that I am very excited to purchase several more of these cameras from FoMaKo!To start, the build quality is great. It's solid and can take some bumps in transit and will definitely last a good long time.The SDI capability of the camera is very important to us, and we were very pleased to be able to use that without any additional configuration. Right out of the box, all the ports worked as expected.The camera mounting features a standard screw thread, and mounts perfectly on our professional tripods.The controls on the controller are easy to use and easy to understand. I love that the controller has a simple preview monitor, making it easy to troubleshoot on the jobsite and identify cameras. One other awesome feature is that the controller is also PoE powered! I only need to power my network switch, and all my cameras and the controller are powered, which makes cable runs easy.Initially, we had a small issue with the firmware on the controller. We contacted the support email address from the user guide, and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of support we received. Let me be clear, this was the BEST support we have ever received from ANY company. They started by providing instructions to update the firmware of the controller, but in the same email, made it clear that if the update did not solve the issue that they would arrange a teamviewer session with us. A couple days later, they arranged the teamviewer call and within 20 minutes, our issue was solved. The system is working perfectly and it is now in our rental stock. Thank you FoMaKo for your amazing support.One important note to users of this system: out of the box, the firmware on the controller was not on the latest version. There is a tool on the website to be able to update the firmware to unlock the network control of the joystick controller. This allows a few other settings to be modified, such as a default string to append to the RTSP URL so that the preview button will work by default.To close, we are already looking at buying more of these cameras from FoMaKo, specifically the 30X FHD, and we are likely going to try out the 4K systems and see if they are compatible. If I had to leave some feedback, I'd love to see a 4K camera inside the same camera body as the 1080P ones.

Good quality, easy to use, excellent image, impeccable zoon and with its price I am extremely satisfied!!!!

For the price, this is a steal for what they do. Easy to setup if you know how to use networking equipment. Running on NDI mostly. The quality could be better on the cams; but you get what you pay for on that note. They are still great quality, just a little less than the more high-end counterparts.
