Perfect for a disabled person doing this repair themselves.Contains all 3 tools required to finish this job, contained in a reclosable ziplock bag to seal the old part in case you ever need to have a spare or do it again.Even if you have all the tools, gathering them up with a broken wheelchair can be a real problem. I cannot thank them enough for how easy this repair was.Some times, a problem with the caster is not the caster's fault, but the stem bearings mounted in the chair. Those are replaceable too. While you have the old caster out, before putting the new one in, please check the condition of the stem bearings. They should turn very smoothly without any crunching, sticking, noise, or play/vibration. They should fit squarely and snugly inside their bores.Good luck! You got this.
