I was skeptical about trying non-OEM ink, but it’s too expensive to keep purchasing directly from HP. This was the best product I saw on Amazon with good reviews, so I went ahead and bought it. Other sellers had reviews saying the inn ruined their printer which scared me because my printer was expensive and I didn’t want to have to buy a new one. I’m a college student and I really need a printer for stuff. For reference, I have a HP Officejet 6600 printer. So far, I’ve only installed the black ink since I still have color ink left from OEM. I printed out a printer status report to test the black ink and it looks great! It looks just like OEM. Instructions and installation was super easy, just pop it in. I do have to say that when you push the cartridge in, it’s like a 99.99% fit. I pulled it out and installed it again to make sure it was in correctly. For the price and quality, I’d definitely buy ink from this seller again.

Cartridges seem to work fine in my HP Officejet 6700. No problem installing the cartridges. Have only used a couple times since installing.ADDITIONAL NOTES: My printer broke after installing one color cartridge. The printhead needs to be replaced. I loved this printer. I had to buy a new one. Would not recommend.

The cost for the 4-pack of printer ink was about 1/4 of the price charged by Office Max or any name brand supplier on Amazon. Very pleasantly surprised by that. It appears that these are re-furbed in Asia (China perhaps?) and the teeny-tiny instruction sheet with microscopic printing was very vague and mostly useless.Out of the box, there was a strip of plastic covering an access port (?) on the top of the cartridge. Removing that was simple. There was also a very durable square plastic strip covering the ink port. I tried several times to get the cart's properly "seated" in the printer ink assembly, but they did not feel secure. The test page from the printer was aligned, but the magenta and yellow inks were not printing very well.Removing the cart's, I could see that a very small piece of plastic wrap had become stuck in the magenta ink port of the printer. Using dental tools, I was able to remove this, and ran another print test. It was not much better than the first one. Examining the name-brand cart's and comparing them to the re-furbed ones, I noted that the gasket on the name brand cart's was slightly different. The re-furbed cart's did not have the clear (silicone?) ring gasket. I was able to remove the plastic sheet covering one of the re-furbed cart's (magenta) and re-inserted it into the printer. The test sheet came out much improved. I had great difficulty removing the remaining 3 protective plastic sheets from the cart's. Again, using a set of very fine jeweler's tools, I was able to remove the plastic cleanly. The resulting print test was of very good quality.My main complaint is: the instructions made no mention of removing the plastic strip from the re-furbed cart's, nor did it say anything about the need to remove the plastic covering from the ink ports. This whole process took about an hour of frustration and more than a few bad words to complete.Note: I will "probably" purchase another set of cart's, but I am assuming other people have had difficulty with them also.

The ordered cartridges arrived on time, well packaged and sealed. Replaced re-filled HP cartridges - installation was easy. The printer (HP Officejet 6700) "complained" about counterfeit cartridges but these messages can be ignored. The printer recognized new cartridges and reports the ink level correctly. The first set of cartridges came with a malfunctioning yellow cartridge. I informed Supricolor via e-mail - they responded within a day and immediately sent a new set which arrived after 2 days. After installation of the new yellow cartridge everything worked as expected. Print quality is good (normal printing - no photos). All in all - I am satisfied with the product as well as with Supricolor's customer service and recommend these cartridges as a cost efficient alternative to the expensive original (HP) product.

We had a problem with the yellow cartridge, it did not fit right and would not work, which made the other colors not read so we had to get a new yellow. Otherwise they fit and worked well!

While the color cartridges work fine, the black one never did work and my printer continued to give me error messages about “no cartridge or defective cartridge. Finally had to replace it with HP cartridge and printer has worked perfectly. Very disappointing!
