One happy customer bed built and looks amazing 🤗 Customer service outstanding, updates re delivery from start to finish the minute we ordered, 2 man delivery txt and called when they were close (from Birmingham to Dundee) husband said 2 sec delivery and away friendly and fantastic service. Husband built bed was easy and straightforward considering no instructions or screws for the wooden slats. Now to see how it is for sleeping on with our own mattress. Looks amazing and the style I was looking for one happy customer and great price thanks again 😊

Left package outside in snow, bed is already broken
Was soaking wet, mattress included, after a month the long supporting beam in the middle of the bed has snapped!Do not waste your money

I really like this bed. I was a little surprised as to how many different boxes for the parts came. I put it together on my own, so it is feasible to do so. Luckily I had the tools to put it together but not everyone will have and so I think one should be included in purchase as I had to go on the search through my garage tools first.Was concerned there’s no clip in system for the wooden slats but was assured by the seller before the purchase they aren’t necessary and so far feels sturdy enough. Looks great and plush

This is my favorite color! It arrived as promised and was incredibly easy to assemble, everything just slots into place, even though it didn’t come with instructions. The king-size option with the mattress is extremely comfortable.

Delivered on date expected, great info on time to be delivered, courteous & great delivery.Bed was lovely when built, although had to cut slither of wooden central support easy done.Pleased with bed overall.
