Two in one, but can be accomplished for cheaper
This is little more than an NFC tag and a QR code that links to a site that then forwards to the site of your choice. It does it well, but the price is quite high for a rather basic feature.You can buy stick on NFC tagson Amazon for 20-25¢. You can then program the NFC tags to share any link when tapped with a phone. A link to your Google review page would be a useful one. This tiny sticker can can placed anywhere. I have some stuck to business cards with links to a downloadable version of my contact info.A QR code is easily printed as well. There are many free QR code generators online that you can use to make a code to link to any webpage you like, including you reviews.So, long story short, with a bit of effort you could make this product for a few dollars. So you are paying for the convenience. I will use this, but will also make my own.I recommend this for anyone who isn't too techie and just wants a turnkey solution.

Picked this up for booths & events while traveling or on the go. It's a nice solution that I have seen incentivize a bit more activity due to the ease of use and convenience. More affordable than other options I've personally encountered. Using this in an acrylic/wood stand on for a booth.
