We like it!
We love it, but our only gripe is the bulbous design of the battery compartment. It’s rounded for some reason, would’ve been a bit smarter in my opinion if it was flat surfaced so that it could sit flush behind the frame.

The product itself is perfect, but the number of batteries it needs is insane. There has to be another way , maybe solar powered or even rechargeable batteries.

Batteries getting hot and lights don't always turn on, you have to swap batteries.
I just received it. I installed batteries, 1 battery got super hot in just 2 minutes and then the lights stopped working. I replaced the battery and then sign came on again. But, after 5 minutes I turned it off and turned it back on and it won't come on. Sometimes it comes on and sometimes it doesn't work and it is making the batteries hot. Such a shame, I thought it was very nice but is is very cheap quality and a fire hazard that makes batteries very hot. I will be returning this.
