I bought a set of CAROTE knives after using the matching pans for a year,They are a great quality knife, includes steak knives and a butcher block holder,Sharp knives always get the job done and easy cleaning.

The knives themselves feel a little flimsy, which is why I gave 4 stars. They are sharp and cut well, but still feel like they could snap. The splash of color on the handles makes a nice addition to our countertops in the kitchen. Hopefully we are able to use these for a few years at least.

These Knives are amazing! My wife loved these because they are really sharp with great quality materials and aesthetic design. We have been using them during 3 days. We are in Colombia.

We've only used the steak knives and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy they cut through the pork chops we had for dinner. Very pleased with the set. A great value.
