Purchased a few months ago and have been using consistently, I’ve only experienced one nick due to being careless.Very impressed with the sharpness of the blade, doesn’t really pull either.I did have an issue when I first purchased, but I have to say the customer service to rectify was excellent.Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent trimmer with good product support.

Great product great for the balls and wherever else is needed don't cut replacement ceramic blades are expensive but you don't need to use this all the time as it's silky smooth opt in for balls v3 as manscape are constantly advertising and alot more expensive when it comes to blades this product is perfect and easy to use with no worrys 🤣

The media could not be loaded. Good….while it lasted!!I Received the item at the beginning of November 2024…stopped working mid April 2025 after the unit needed to be charged. I would have expected the item to have lasted a little longer than 5/6 months??? The uploaded video shows the unit being switch on following charging. This was only the third or fourth occasion the unit was charged….pretty disappointing overall.

I bought this product about 4 months ago a it stopped working. I’ve tried to return it but keep coming up against brick walls. Why is it so difficult to return faulty products.Updated 5th AprilAfter writing this review BALLS got in touch with me and sent a replacement. No problem just replaced it. Never having taken the plunge and tidied things up properly down below, I was a little nervous about giving it a go. Having reviewed the various shavers available I went for the Balls version 2 model and have to say it’s been brilliant and I’ve been really very pleased with it. It arrived extremely quickly. The packing and presentation is excellent, and the shaver has a solid, well designed feel to it. When I contacted the Customer Service team with a query they were first class - came back with a reply right away. Charging is simple using the supplied cable, and adjustment to the shaver guard is very easy. And so to the trimming …. very straightforward, no nicks, no snags - just a smooth and efficient action. The motor is powerful - easily dealt with the overgrown undergrowth with no sign of slowing down. I’m very impressed, it’s an awesome bit of kit that’s left me feeling great down below, so much tidier - a great shaver, highly recommended.

Bought 2 of these. 1 for husband and 1 for oldest son.They both say that it's a fabulous trimmer with the bonus of using it in the shower etc. And from my perspectives it's great as I don't have hair to hoover and clean up..

Not even 12 months old and now fails to charge. It’s probably only the 5-6th time I’ve charged it too.

Used the device everywhere including in area where I used to get cuts but no problems with this device. I will give it 4 out of 5 just because it does no cut the hair as close to the skin as I would like but I definitively recommend!
