I've been a ""cuber" since the '80's and now I have grandchildren that play with them. This one can be solved as a super cube (all the pictures going the same direction) or not, if you like the extra challenge. It has reasonably good movement and tension.

My daughter wanted a rubik’s cube for the longest time. Stumbled across this adorable one and she was absolutely excited to have something so unique.

The covers on the squares seem to fall off somewhat easily, so not super durable. Cute for a different alternative to a traditional rubix cube.

This cube does turn very smoothly with very little friction, however there aren't a lot of the "speed cube" design features. It's not a brand that I've ever heard of before but I really wanted to try it out since it was offered through the vine program. I can't resist trying most of the cubes I see LOL. This is very affordable so I wasn't really expecting too much out of it. As I mentioned the turning is very smooth, and it glides well as long as it's lined up perfectly, but if you're trying to do a speed solve where you'd normally be relying on corner cutting and magnetic alignment to reduce time, this cube doesn't really have any of those features. It's a very square and blocky, lower tech design, but the price reflects that, so no issue really. It looks like it's targeted for the very young crowd just looking for a pretty toy, and it's really great for that. I just wanted it for an interesting addition to my collection. One thing to mention is that there is a bit of added difficulty since there are images on each face instead of regular colored stickers, so additional algorithms are needed to rotate the centers properly. That can be ignored for beginners, but it's a nice additional challenge if you're into details. I appreciate the opportunity to try this out, thank you.

Perfect size for 6 yr old

I am a big fan of magic cubes, so I ordered this for myself, despite it being advertised as a girl toy for kids. It's a great cube and would be perfect for a child. The cube moves smoothly and performs like a speed cube. It's a lot of fun to play with and would work well as a fidget toy. Definitely recommend!
