Amazingly good binocular
Feels great in the hand! Better overall than my other 600.00 12x50 that I thought was excellent, better optically. Very good in low light. Great eyecups. Love them. Leupold got this one right.

excellent clarity and quality
Oct 23, 2024Excellent Quality and Clarity.I have a pair of Zeiss Conquest 10x42 HD glasses and have had a bit of eyecup trouble and so thought I would give these a look. I have to say that the clarity is very good, my initial impression is they are only marginally softer on very detailed objects several hundred yards away. These glasses are smaller and lighter that the Zeiss coquests. It is going to take days of comparing before I can decide which set to keep.If I didn't already own the Zeiss, hands down I would keep the Leupolds. I also have some 6 year old Leupold 8x42 BX4 HD glasses that I have always been super impressed with and keep them as a backup set while hunting. If I had bought 10x42s back then I would not even be looking today.I do not believe that anyone that has not been exposed to Swaro or Zeiss glass would ever feel slighted by the Leupold HD offerings.I have to do some low light testing, but think I will find that the Leupolds are going to be so close to the Zeiss that once again it will come down to some extremely subjective differences.I think for the most part, for most hunters, these are "home run" glasses.
